Wellness Transformation (“we”, “us”, or “our”) operates the Wellness Transformation mobile application and related website (together, the “Service”). This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, how we share it, and the choices you have.

By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not use the Service.

This Privacy Policy is intended to meet the disclosure requirements of Google Play and Apple App Store guidelines, as well as applicable data-protection laws, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where it applies.

2. Information We Collect

We collect personal information that you provide directly, information generated through your use of the Service, and limited technical information needed to operate the Service securely.

Account and authentication

• Account registration details, such as your name and email address
• Authentication credentials and session information managed through Supabase Authentication
• Account preferences and profile settings

Profile, progress, and wellness data

• User profile information you choose to provide (for example, goals, activity level, or basic body metrics)
• Progress tracking data, including wellness check-ins and related scores
• Workout history and program activity records
• Nutrition information you submit (for example, meal logs, recipes interacted with, or dietary preferences)
• Progress photos that you voluntarily upload
• Challenge participation data, including enrollment, activity, and related results

Coaching communications

• Messages and notifications related to coaching and program delivery
• Push notification tokens and delivery status when you enable notifications

Technical and usage information

• Device and app information reasonably required to provide and secure the Service (for example, device type, OS version, and app version)
• Log and diagnostic data used to maintain reliability and investigate issues
• Limited website analytics or cookie data when you visit our website, as described in Section 8

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your personal information to:

• Create and manage your account using Supabase Authentication
• Provide coaching features, programs, challenges, and personalized content
• Store and display your profile, progress tracking, workout history, and nutrition information
• Store and display progress photos you upload
• Enable challenge participation and related team or coach workflows
• Send service-related messages and, where enabled, push notifications
• Operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Service
• Respond to support and privacy requests
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms

We do not sell your personal data. We do not rent or trade your personal information for advertising or marketing lists.

4. Data Sharing

We share personal information only when necessary to operate the Service or when required by law:

• Assigned coach: when you participate in coaching, relevant account, progress, nutrition, challenge, and communication data may be shared with your assigned coach so they can deliver the coaching service.
• Service providers: trusted processors such as cloud hosting, authentication, storage, and notification providers that process data on our behalf under contractual safeguards.
• Legal and safety: when disclosure is reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights and safety, or respond to lawful requests.

We do not share your personal information with third parties for their own independent marketing purposes.

5. Data Storage & Security

Your information is stored using secure cloud infrastructure. In particular:

• Authentication, database, and file storage are provided through Supabase and related secure cloud services
• Progress photos and other uploaded media are stored in secured cloud storage with access controls
• Website and related services may be hosted on reputable cloud platforms

We implement technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. User Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information
• Request deletion of your personal information
• Object to or request restriction of certain processing
• Request portability of certain information you provided to us
• Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent

7. Account Deletion

You can permanently delete your account directly from the Wellness Transformation mobile application, in the Profile section.

When you delete your account, associated personal data linked to that account is permanently removed, subject only to limited retention where we are legally required to keep certain records (for example, for accounting, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution).

After deletion, you will no longer be able to access the Service with that account. If you need help with account deletion, contact us at the email address below.

8. Cookies & Analytics

Our website may use cookies or similar technologies that are necessary for basic site functionality (for example, language preference).

Where we use analytics, we do so to understand aggregated website usage and improve the Service. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling certain cookies may affect website functionality.

The mobile application itself does not rely on website cookies to provide core coaching features.

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under the age of 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.

If you believe that a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we can take appropriate steps to delete the information.

10. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technologies, legal requirements, or the Service.

When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, provide additional notice through the Service or by email.

Your continued use of the Service after an update becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
